Goats are ruminants

Goats are ruminants. Which means we like to chew our cud. Cud is grass and other stuff we swallow without chewing we than bring it up later to chew. Yes mom says gross but thats the way it works.

Right now this time of year my primary food source is wrapped round bale my human dad rolls in the barn cuts up with a bale saw than feeds out to the cows and us with a pitch fork really good stuff.

Tazzle and I are caprines thats a big word for the goat family. and anything related to goats.
mom said she was trying to add pictures but having trouble. Mom and I will be updating more and filling you in on life on the farm and goat education .

I Am back Christmas was good

I got good treats bannanas and apples for Christmas . I loved the banannas I also liked the peels yum . Tazzle and I fought over the apples as usual. I loved the fun of jumping on mom as she tried to feed me.

whats ahead as winter approaches

I am looking forward to going in the barn for the winter. I know that sounds funny to you, but to me it's a playground. I have thoroughly enjoyed my fun adventures this summer and fall.
But look forward to the round bales and playing with the cows and mom has made some new mention of a different critter that might be moving in see if you can guess.
I love the taste of round bales and the 5 little calf's are gonna be so much fun to play with believe it or not they like to play with Tazzle and I because we are small too.

What I love about October. I love apples . Love em........Love em.........................What I don't like sharing my apples with Tazzle. She has horns I have to share.
I love leaves love the way they taste. yum. Oh by the way did I mention apples with dirt sauce yum...... Moms note we peck the apples apart lol.
I love that it's getting closer to winter and than the barn fun begins can't wait.
I am excited To report the birth of Bolt a hereford bull to Tessie one of my cow buddies.
