Goats are ruminants. Which means we like to chew our cud. Cud is grass and other stuff we swallow without chewing we than bring it up later to chew. Yes mom says gross but thats the way it works.
Right now this time of year my primary food source is wrapped round bale my human dad rolls in the barn cuts up with a bale saw than feeds out to the cows and us with a pitch fork really good stuff.
